Q: What is the diameter of this kitchen faucet hole required?
A: Kibi’s kitchen faucet is required a 1 1/2“ diameter hole to fit in.
Q: Why my faucet does not immediately shut off after the handle is turned off?
A: This is a normal characteristic of any faucet with a high-arc spout. After the handle (or handles) are shut off, there is still water inside of the spout. Any residual water past the arc of the spout will slowly drip out of the spout. Gravity will pull this water from the spout; however, it should stop after several minutes.
Q: How can I cover the unused holes when switching a three-hole faucet to a single-hole faucet?
A: You can purchase a 10″ faucet hole plate to cover the unused holes. The part number is KFC101.
Q: Why my faucet sprayer switch is loose and flimsy?
A: The sprayer switch will get tight immediately when the faucet is installed and connected to water. This will allow the faucet back to stream mode automatically when turning off the faucet.
Q: why my faucet is not retracting smoothly after use?
A: Please reposition the weight and make sure it is between the spray head and the lowest point of the spray hose. Install the weight a few inches above the lowest point of the spray hose.
