Faucet Production Process

An AQUAVIT faucet is a total experience.

The AQUAVIT manufacturing process conforms to the highest quality standards. Using global partnerships and best practices, we are able to create an experience that will stay with you for life.

Brass Raw Material

Different from our competitors, all our kitchen faucets and basin faucets are made of Lead free brass for maximum healthy and resistant to soft-water corrosion and hard water calcification.

Casting

We use IMR gravity casting machines from Italy, Which are unparalleled when it comes to achieving construction quality. IMR machines are used by almost all top manufacturers around the world.

Rough Machining

All our faucets are gone through a rough machining process which others may don’t do. Peeling off the rough surface to make polishing easier and get a smooth, shiny effect. The special customized machine can do 8 Pcs faucets at one time.

Machining

This is a computer controled process. Our cutting edge machine and experienced workers ensure the gravity casting body has all it’s surfaces finished to a high degree of smoothness.

Polishing

The rough casting is polished by hand, to ensure that the surface has an impressive shine, all flat surfaces and edges are polished manually.

Plating

The brass faucet are placed in an electrolyctic immersion bath. In one of the most modern plating systems, the faucets now receive a brilliantly shiny chrome layer that ensures long lasting durability. It bathes in several electrolytic baths for up to an hour.

Laser Logo

If needed, the products can be put brand Logo or certificate Logo on body or handles, this was done by the most advanced laser machine.
For Matte black finish, we are using silk print Logo to protect the black layers.

Assembling

A faucet comprises almost 30 individual components. The specialized workers assemble all part together.

Quality Test

Independent quality control teams look at faucet after every stage of manufacture. From brass foundation to the polished products to the final assembly, anything that failures the test is promptly sent back.

All Aquavit products use the finest components, from solid brass raw material to German Fischer mounting systems, all are designed to improve the experience of using our bathroom accessories.

These small things might not be immediately noticeable but add up, collectively to make a good design great.

Machining

Seamless Soldering

Thanks to the advanced soldering machines, all parts are soldered together perfectly.

Polishing

Premium Plating

All Aquavit accessories under goes a chrome plating technique that greatly enhances durability of the product.

At Aquavit, Germany fischer mounting system, Thailand Ocean glass part, SUS304 screw are used for accessories to ensure easy installation and high quality.
